These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game SlopeRush (the “Game”), published by Akseli Polojärvi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable coin packs and a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase, sold through Google Play Billing. Coins and other in-game items are a limited license to use virtual content; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are not transferable. Except where required by law or by Google Play’s policies, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled through Google Play.
You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with the Game, its data, or leaderboards; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law; (c) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with other players or with the services the Game relies on.
Scores you submit via Google Play Games may be displayed to other players on public leaderboards. We may remove scores that appear to be fraudulent or obtained by cheating.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update the Game or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
